Cousins and Balloons

Lucy lives in New York and Liv lives in Steamboat Springs, but these two cousins pick up right were they left off, every time they get to see each other.  To beautiful girls with balloons.

The Steamboat Barn is such a classic spot in Steamboat Spring to photograph, weather you live here or if you are from out of town, the photos alway scream COLORADO!!  The Mensing family loved the location and had a great time getting silly with me.  

Fall/ Winter Mini Sessions are here!!

I am so excited to announce our Fall/Winter mini-sessions!!

We are offering {two} days and {two} themes!! See above flyer for more details on themes and dates!

Here are the details:

Mini Sessions include 25 minutes shoot time as well as 11x14 images and three accordion wallet books

DATES:  Sunday September 16th (Falling Leaves) AND Saturday November 17th- (Campfires and Hot Chocolate)

TIME: To be determined.

LOCATION: Routt County (details will be privately emailed)

QUESTIONS??

How does a mini session differ from a full session?

Our regular photo sessions usually last an hour and a half to two hours in length and at the location of your choice. Mini sessions are conducted at a specific location and are twenty-five minutes in length.  Only one outfit and one location are allowed. (location predetermined by photographer).

What is the cost of the mini session?

The cost is $150 and is due upon registering.  Session fees must be paid in order to reserve your spot!

How do I sign up for a mini session?

Email me at paula@naturalightiamges.net  Include Parents names, child/children’s name(s) and ages, as well as whether you would like to register for Option 1 ( Falling Leaves) or Option 2 (Campfire and Hot Chocolate) and if you prefer a morning or afternoon spot.  Inquiries will be responded to on a first come first serve basis.  Please note that Facebook inquiries and Blog comments will not be counted.  Emails only please.

What if it rains or the weather is bad on the day of our mini session? 

In case of inclement weather, mini photo sessions will be cancelled and rescheduled at a future date and time. If you have any questions about weather, please call Paula Jo Jaconetta 970.846.5940

Can I get a map to the mini session? 

We will email you the address of the location to be used at mapquest.com We include this information in a private email to disclose the location to participants only.

When will I receive my pictures? 

About a week after mini sessions conclude, you will be emailed an online gallery with your edited images, you may choose your favorites for the accordion wallet books and 11x14.  After you have chosen your favorite, I will have the products to you within a week.  

Your pictures will then be mailed to you at the address provided on an information slip to be completed at the time of your mini session.

Can I buy right to the images?

Yes, I will be selling right to the mini session!  You can purchase the rights, copied on a Custom DVD case for  $250.

What to wear:

Both themes are Fall and Winter oriented,  so keep that in mind while choosing your outfit—keep the outfits warm with winter tones.  Remember to use patterns, textures and layers to add visual interest. Think about layering leggings with cute skirts or knit dresses, boots for boys, sweater and jeans with boots. Most importantly, we want everyone to be casual and comfortable in their attire. Be sure to include accessories!

What to bring? 

We will provide props, pumpkins, hot chocolate, blankets,  etc.—but if you have a cute idea—bring it along!

When to arrive?

On-time of course! Please don’t be late, as this will put us behind schedule. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early.

The road ahead

It is always nice to have a handsome model to work with....makes my job a lot easier.  :)  We made our way around Steamboat Springs to get some of this great images of Michael for his Senior Portraits.  Congratulation on your accomplishments, Michael and may the road ahead be full of amazing adventures!
