Baby Cora, born in Steamboat Springs, CO

Pretty baby Cora came into this world on 12/21/12, a really cool birthday for a really cool little girl.  We took this session around her three week mark and she went with the flow and let us hang her in the air while she "pretended" to sleep.  :)  Her big sister Clair came as her fun energetic self.  We had a great time as always.  

John surprises Monica and ask her to marry him at Elk River Guest Ranch.

It about 5 degrees outside and I get dropped of via snowmobile in a large pine tree on the Elk River property.  It shouldn't be more than 20 minutes before a sleigh comes by with John and Monica on it.  I dance around to keep warm and before long a sleigh is on its way, stops just short of the tree I am in and John and Monica get out (for some reason John has made up) and he reads her a beautiful poem and then gets down on one knee.  The moment was priceless, and I was happy to have been part of it.  

  And Monica's was there to see the whole thing.

Oh, such fun times with the Kellogs Ski Group!!  Brings back such great memories of when I had the energy to party like this.  They held two themed parties that we photographed, one Empire Theme and one 80's themed....
